Eddie was amazing very helpful. we couldn't believe how affordable they're compared to other places. was able to give us all the information upfront including an estimate of what it would cost before they came and confirmed our measurements. which allowed us to make sure we were sticking to our budget. If you are looking to update the flooring in your house Big Bobs should be your first and last stop. Eddie was super helpful in picking out the kind of flooring we wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He coordinated the installer, Christian, to come out and get some measurements for us right away.
